Jackline is passionate about transdisciplinary research, private-public partnership and sustainable food production and processing. She possesses an array of skills across diverse fields from food production, food quality, food engineering and socio-economic and renewable energy application in within the food industries. 

Carrying a strong quantitative and qualitative research skills have allowed Jackline to have done consulting for different developmental organizations (DFID; World bank; USAID, GIZ), research institutes and consulting firms where her social marketing, qualitative and quantitative research skills have further been enhanced. Moreover, she has also undertaken lecturing by mentoring students and throughout has developed great people management and communications skills. 

Jackline Holds a BSc in Food Science and Technology, MSc. in Food Safety and Quality from the University of Nairobi Kenya and is currently finalizing her Doctoral studies in Agriculture and Biosystems Engineering.
