Let’s talk about sustainable commercial innovation

During 23rd – 24th of August, you are invited to participate in “SAVE THE WORLD. MAKE MONEY. REPEAT.” conference, organised by Access2innovation.

 

The event takes place in Aalborg, Denmark and it aims to initiate new sustainable and innovative opportunities for emerging markets and humanitarian assistance in Africa. The participants will be representatives of the private sector, civil society, universities and government.

 

On behalf of Quercus Group, Nicolai Sederberg Rottbøll will join as a speaker and participant – “I encourage everyone to join the discussion and contribute to launching new commercial partnerships in East African countries. The agenda looks extremely interesting when it comes to innovations and new partnerships for commercialisation.”, said the Quercus Group CEO.

 

The agenda of the event is meant to inspire dialogue about investment and commercial opportunities in African countries. Participants will join:

  • Parallel sessions presenting new viable business cases within water & sanitation, health, sustainable energy, ICT, aqua culture, housing, and agribusiness;

  • Plenary sessions on Danish and international funding opportunities;

  • Exhibitions of developed solutions meeting the demands from relief aid and emerging markets in developing countries;

  • Best practice and lessons learned from established partnerships between private sector, civil society organisations, academia and government institutions;

  • Networking and bilateral meetings between civil society organisations, private sector and research institutions to discuss future collaboration.
