The TCI Global conference will be taking place from 8-10 November 2016 in Brainport Eindhoven Region, in The Netherlands. The conference is held every year and this year’s theme is “Global Changes – Challenges for Innovation clusters”. More than 300 participants that include facilitators, practitioners, cluster managers, businesses, policy makers and academia will be attending the conference. The conference’s theme will look at global changes and explore how cluster-based organizations react to these changes.
The conference is organized around different topics, where Quercus Group will be taking part in sharing their experience from working with clusters. The first topic will be based on how clusters can form new collaborative structures that foster internationalization and innovation as they (clusters) facilitate the learning capacity within their ecosystems. This is because the capacity to learn and adapt makes a difference for a cluster. The second one will focus on how clusters can sustainably develop the food sector, by specifically looking at linking SMEs into the supply chain through new business models and entrepreneurship. The two topics will be presented by Nicolai Sederberg Rottbøll and Michael Rottbøll repectively, through interactive sessions.
