Clusters have been widely recognized as a catalyst for job creation, accelerated innovation, SME growth and internationalization. As clusters strive for excellence to provide better and innovative services to their members, many cluster managers are working towards learning and improving their cluster management skills.
In relation to this, Quercus Group and Oxford Research have teamed up - for a second year in a row - to organize the international cluster course. We will be taking you on a two-day ‘roller coaster’ of intensive cluster training that will provide you with practical knowledge and tools to improve your cluster management skill. The course will cover cluster analysis, stakeholder management & partnerships, Cluster services & activities, cluster economy and financial models, cluster leadership & organization, SME growth & internationalization and so forth. The course will include discussions and sharing experiences, giving participants room to explore innovative ideas and strategies.
