Quercus Group is looking for a colleague to join its team for growing the business in India and neighbouring countries such as Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka.



As part of the management team you will:

 

  • Lead the business development and sales effort in India and neighbouring countries while reporting directly to the partners in Copenhagen, Denmark

  • Contribute to development of company’s overall strategy and lead development of strategy for

    India

  • Be responsible for the overall business and organisational growth of the India office

  • Build the ‘Quercus’ brand responsibly in your geography of operations

  • Have fun!

  • You have a proven track record of successfully closing business deals

  • You are passionate and have in-depth knowledge about the sectors we operate in

  • You possess a reliable and extensive network to grow the business

  • You are honest and trustworthy

  • You have over 10 years of relevant work experience with at least 3 years in either the agribusiness,

    cleantech and urbanisation sectors

  • You are highly motivated, proactive and have bags of energy and confidence

  • You are structured, but can work in a dynamic and sometimes hectic environment

  • You are a people’s person, and you enjoy working in a creative, dynamic and diverse environments

  • You have a master’s degree or equivalent education 

  • You possess fluent English communication skills, written as well as spoken.
